TV opportunity for those who find shopping for clothes difficult

Here is an email that has just come in:

Hello everyone involved with The Beaumont Society,

I hope you don’t mind me emailing you. My name is Hannah Rice and I work as an Assistant Producer for BBC Studios Productions and wanted to let you all know about a new show we are casting for.

The Unique Boutique is a new four-part series for Channel 4 from BBC Studios Productions. In this ground-breaking, uplifting programme, our team of Fashion experts will design and create bespoke and beautiful outfits for the individuals who’ve been traditionally left out of the mainstream fashion industry.

The press release announcing the show is here https://www.channel4.com/press/news/channel-4-air-life-changing-fashion-series-unique-boutique

We are looking to speak to individuals of all ages who - for whatever reason - find that shopping is difficult and that the fashion industry does not cater for their needs. Our team of fashion experts will create for them bespoke and beautiful outfits ensuring they feel unique.

If you are interested in entering the boutique get in touch:  unique@bbc.co.uk All applicants will need to feel comfortable appearing on television and be in the UK this October for filming.

This is an inclusive production and we will take care to make everyone we speak to feel comfortable and welcome and will work with all individuals to provide reasonable adjustments. All applications are confidential within the production team.

Kind Regards,

Hannah Rice | Assistant Producer |The Unique Boutique
