With the Coronavirus still around and another hard lockdown in place along with existing Government restrictions of group numbers and social distancing in hotels, Kay and Irene have decided that it is just not possible to go ahead with their event which was scheduled to take place in the Cairn Hotel, Harrogate, for four days at the beginning of March 2021.
However, they have managed to rearrange the Hollywood Harrogate Event for the weekend dated 12 - 15 August 2021 (inclusive) and everyone who had paid for the event will have their payment transferred to cover these dates. Hopefully, by this date the vaccine will have been widely administered and the current restrictions lifted. The booking form is available here: K&I_booking_summer 2021
This is the fourth time that this immensely popular event has been postponed. Kay and Irene understand that all those affected will again be very disappointed - as are they - but your health and safety is their priority.

My good friend was miffed because a cafe near to them was supposed to hold a drag event the Saturday before Christmas. We had a front of stage table booked.
I said you’re miffed! How about me? Harrogate has been cancelled three times. And Emsworth. And Eastbourne.
Now cancellation #4! Though I was fully expecting the news it does not make it any easier.

The bad news is that some people have had to cancel their bookings because the new dates clash with other commitments. The good news that there are now some rooms available to book for those who would like to.
Although its a pain cancelling, it will be great when we can all get together, I’m really looking forward to meeting some of you again, plus some who I have yet to meet face to face, crossed fingers this event is on in August
