I am part of a small team organising a trans community arts and camping festival in Leighton Buzzard!

We are looking for more trans people to join the festival's planning, organising and advisory. We are 3 people on the board, and there is a small group of volunteers.

We only started out last summer, and we are early in the planning process for next year.

It is important to me the festival is accessible and if possible run by people who are further marginalized within the trans community. I found many people had a good experience of the camp/felt that it was needed and I would like to share it.

I am very happy to discuss a fee/ equal payment. Last year the fee was between 400-1500 depending on the level of involvement. This does also depend on funding, such as Art Council Funding.

I wondered if you would be aware of any trans people who would be interested in being part of the board or participating otherwise.
