Looking through the eyes of transgender employees

Sagrika Kukreja is doing a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and Organisational Analysis from King’s College London. The purpose of the research work is to study the experiences and the issues faced by the transgender employees at their respective workplaces. The second part of the study would involve the examination of the different strategies transgender employees adopt to overcome the effects of discriminatory practices and become a part of the workforce and community at large. Furthermore, the study also aims to identify the similarities and differences in relation with the barriers faced in the developed (UK as an example) and the developing countries (India as an example) among the transgender employees.

If you would like to shed light on your experiences as a transgender employee please contact Sagrika.
