I'm a casting assistant at HMW Casting - we're a casting office working on a variety of TV, film & stage projects.
We are working with National Theatre Wales on their new production WELSH RADICAL, taking place in Spring 2023. WELSH RADICAL is an exciting and ambitious project connecting the history of Welsh radicalism, protest and direct political action to the local, national and global challenges facing us. Part performance & part provocation, this project will combine the production of a new play with a wider programme of work focused on change-making in a complex world.
We are looking for a diverse and varied collection of performers aged 18+ for the production, and are particularly on the lookout for trans & non-binary performers. I wanted to check if you knew of any Welsh trans & non-binary performers who may be interested in the project? If so, we'd love to get in touch with them.
If there are no particular performers you'd like to highlight, would you be happy to point us in the direction of any other (Welsh) organisations who might be able to help us out?
